趋势黑名单移除说明

申诉过程：

1、打开 https://ers.trendmicro.com/reputations/ ，点击“Request to be removed from the global blocked list”。

2、填写服务器IP地址和邮箱地址，用英文填写申诉请求。（如果看不到验证码，该功能可能是使用了 Google 的验证码服务，请使用合适的翻墙软件）

3、点击“Send”。

4、等待处理。
